The cancellation is done only if the product is paced for the customer. After successfully order customer can cancel the order till it’s not shipped if product already shipped then the customer cannot cancel the product, for cancellation customer need to go to my order section and click on the product which he/she want to cancel, after click on the product there is an option for cancellation through the customer can cancel the product.

Order can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once cancelled, complete amount will be refunded.
